This book is the fruit of a long reflection carried out during these last years. The author's experiences in the para-public, private and public sectors give him a rather instructive taste of the areas covered. Therefore, it includes the condensation of articles published in several distribution channels with more than 100,000 readers. The themes that it relates, focus mainly on the territory and the different strategies of its management. From land use planning to the decentralization process in Senegal, including the tools for developing spatial planning documents, the author enriches it with specific examples.
