This book is a frantic effort to elucidate on world terrorism in all its forms and the need for collaboration in quelling this dilemma of rising global terrorism that faces humanity. The book delves into the fabrics of lawlessness and globalism vis a vis its effects in the international community and stresses the need to curb conflict through civil means, rather than military arsenals. It's agreeable that arms control may be a major means of putting an end or reducing the incessant terrorism and criminality in the international arena. However, nation states' needs to strengthen their security system in other to forestall internal security breaches that has multiplicity of effects within international security architecture. Political institutions within sovereign states, should be politically benevolent to accommodate ideologies that would boost the interest of majority of its local citizens, as such, will lift civil tolerance, political inclusion and in the long run, reduces extremism, which are among factors that promotes terrorism and related crises.
