In this age of the religious world, especially in the Christian community, the problem of sound doctrine is becoming very acute; it is becoming difficult for anyone to meet the truth of the word of God preached in the old way. Confusion has invaded the world so much, because of the multiplicity and divisions of the churches and it is difficult to identify the true Christian. In this context, the pastoral ministry is not spared from this fire. This is why some questions are raised in the religious and even scientific world about the function of the pastor, notably: what is a pastor for a church? What are his characteristics and his attributions? What are his advantages during his lifetime and after his death? What might be the fate of the church and the family of the deceased? These are the questions that have been the object of reflection in the book that pursues a goal not only to militate for order in a local church but also, it constitutes to some extent a plea for all the families abandoned after the death of their loved one who served during his lifetime in the pulpit.
