The Antarctic territorial question

The occupation of Antarctic territory is an extremely important issue, but one that is little discussed today. The history of this issue presents various difficulties for its treatment and study, involving analysing the various interests of the countries involved, which range from economic to political and environmental issues. The theories and their geopolitical character will be the main object of study in the research presented in this book.

Graduated in International Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP-Marília), she is a member of the Current Geopolitics research group at the Naval War College's Conjuncture Assessment Centre, writing about Antarctica. She was awarded a FAPESP scientific initiation scholarship between 2014 and 2015 and has presented her work at national events.
