THE APPLICABILITY OF MANAGEMENT THEORIES IN THE BANI WORLD

Considering that there are doubts about the application of the historical management theories in current times, we research about, how some of the management theories are employed in the BANI world in order to observe if there is the application of some of the historical management theories in this context. To do so, it is necessary to describe some of the main management theories, discuss the changes from the VUCA to the BANI world, and examine how some of the theories work in today's world. A bibliographic and field research is then carried out. Given this, it is verified that the general objective was met and the research question answered by stating that some of the theories are present in the BANI world, but some with all aspects of the past practiced today and others only with some characteristics, which imposes the finding that although the objectives have been achieved and the research question answered, it is recommended for future research to conduct a field research with a larger number of people and in a larger population.
