The Application of Project Management Methodology in Public Sector

This book is entitled with The Application of Project Management Methodology in Ethiopian Public sector which mainly focussed on application standardized PMM in Burayyu school infrustructure projects. Most public sector projects in this area are not completed with in scheduled time, limited cost and standardized quality. This is mainly due to improper and poor application of project manamgement methodology. Following specified and standardized project methodology is the only solution to overcome the problem of cost overrun, poor quality, excessive materials and labour used. So this book provide detail information and assess current practice of project management methodology in Ethiopian public sector projects and recommend standardized Project Management Methodology.
