THE APPLICATION OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN CORPORATE ORGANISATIONS :

This study book objectives were to theoretically explore the challenges, current views of thinking about strategy and organisational learning dynamics and which argues about systemic and responsive processes, generalising reasons from the complexity business environment. This study book will predominantly help to illuminate the relevance of applying strategic approaches and complexity theory to organization and management in a rapidly growing environment. Great strides have been made in strategy management that can assist organisations to learn. Managers need to rediscover the important role chance can play in successful strategic planning. Some innovations were not as good and relevant as they should have been. This study book seeks to theoretically assist managers, consultants and academics and students to make sense and interpret their experience, what they do and reveal their thinking via organisational learning. The interpretation of the strategic management process will theoretically seek to explore the relationship between the adoptions of strategic management.
