The management dashboard is a key tool for modern organizations, providing an overview of performance and crucial data for decision-makers. This study explores its origin, philosophy, structure, advantages and limitations, as well as the steps involved in its design. Integration into the information system ensures accurate data collection, efficient storage and secure distribution. Although it doesn't solve all management problems, it does promote informed decision-making, dialogue between managers and an improved management culture.
