Bas Kodden is an Associate Professor and Director of the Executive MBA program at Nyenrode Business University (The Netherlands). His main research deals with leadership, entrepreneurship and personal development. Prior to joining Nyenrode's Center for Leadership and Management Development, Dr. Kodden had been an entrepreneur for almost his entire professional career.
