The basics of increasing the efficiency of the device for transporting

In the monograph, theoretical and practical issues of increasing the efficiency of suppliers, tatters and separators were investigated, the main working part of the device used for air transportation of cotton in cotton cleaning enterprises. In the work, the process of operation of the main elements of the device transporting cotton by air was studied in theoretical ways, and the results obtained served as the basis for the development of new structures with high efficiency. According to the results of theoretical and practical studies, new constructions of a separator with a feeder that allows you to evenly transfer cotton to the pipes of a carrier device using air, a multi-pocket stone holder that completely traps heavy impurities in cotton, as well as a slanted, conical and cylindrical mesh surface that serves to separate cotton from air were proposed.This monograph is intended for use by bachelors, masters and senior researchers, as well as engineering and technical personnel of this field, who are conducting scientific research on the improvement of techniques and technologies of cotton processing enterprises.
