The Battle of Ants

I am happy because of I am not a Politician. I am happy because of I feel for freedom and equality in my life every day. The concern of this book was what looks like political, economic, social and cultural behalf of Ethiopians. Spiritual of leadership and implementation in Ethiopia was the main issues that obstruct the socio-economic and cultural behalf of the people directly or indirectly. Politicians, property owners, religious leaders and ethnic leader's interest difference were issues that bring back ward growth and development in Ethiopia. This main aim of this manuscript was how to solve our differences and bring the country to stability and development stage walks with globalization. Every day in Ethiopia there was life lose, personal injuries, bloodshed and property damage due to political instability and interest difference between political leaders, ethnicity, religious issues, etc. Even if Ethiopia was a land of heritage and historical originality the dispute between different group of the land causes misleading the development track of political, social and economic due to those emphasis the land of Ethiopia become the cavity of poverty, hungry and conflict.

Debela Jima ha conseguito la laurea magistrale in Ingegneria civile con specializzazione in Ingegneria stradale e dei trasporti presso l'Istituto di tecnologia dell'Università di Addis Abeba in Etiopia. Attualmente è docente presso l'Università di Gondar e titolare della cattedra di Ingegneria stradale dell'Università di Gondar.
