The book is written with a minimum of technical terminology and statistical formulas and the format is structured.

El profesor Mbuya es académico, autor, banquero de empresa, especialista en riesgos, contable, estratega, especialista en transformaciones, activista de las mujeres y los niños, activista de las drogas y las sustancias, activista del VIH/SIDA y estudiante de liderazgo.
