The study examined how effective and efficient the use of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System was in the 2023 Presidential Election. The specific objectives of the study were: to examine how the Uploading of result with Bimodal Voter Accreditation System guaranteed transparency during 2023 Presidential Election in South East of Nigeria, to investigate how efficient the use of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System was during the 2023 Presidential Election in the South East of Nigeria and to determine how the use of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System prevented double voting during the 2023 Presidential Election in the South East of Nigeria. The following were the findings of the study: the use of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System guaranteed transparency during the 2023 Presidential Election in the South East of Nigeria, Bimodal Voter accreditation System was very efficient during the 2023 Presidential Election in the South East of Nigeria and also, that the use of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System prevented double voting during the 2023 Presidential Election in the South East of Nigeria. Recommendations were made too which you will see in the work.
