The Chinese Communist Party faces the test of the market economy and the illegal exploitation of minerals in the DRCongo

The Democratic Republic of Congo is a geological scandal.Law n°18/001 modifying and completing law n° 007/2002 on the mining code, in its article 111, concerning access to the artisanal exploitation zone states:"In the artisanal exploitation zone, only members of mining cooperatives or approved quarry products are authorized to access it to exploit any mineral substance classified as mines or quarry products. The modalities of this authorization are defined by the mining regulations.Chinese individuals and companies are plundering the country's natural resources, in violation of the Chinese Communist Party's norms of win-win cooperation and condemnation of the exploitation of man by man.The author analyzes the conflict between Congolese civil society organizations and China with regard to the ideology of the CCP.
