The citizen groups of the district of Santa

The present essay, elaborated to participate in this valuable call made by the local government of Nuevo Chimbote, to whom we are very grateful in advance; it gathers aspects of the formation in its beginnings, the managements and the most important actions developed by the citizens of Santeña organized in the citizen collectives. This rich experience of citizen participation carried out in our district, we try to capture in this work, undoubtedly with these experiences at the same time we try to expose them to be collected by the local governments of the province - initially - and then generalize them throughout the region and if possible throughout the country.
