The present work dynamizes at a global level the role that microenterprises play in the social and economic development in the Society, in addition emphasis is made on the components that have been affected by several external factors such as: The decrease in sales, difficulty in accessing financial credits, the lack of qualified personnel, the scarce acquisition of suitable technology to meet the demands and requirements that the market demands and finally the great ignorance that exists with traders of their direct and indirect competition such as substitute goods and services of the competition, which makes it unsustainable for companies to maintain a competitive state. Likewise, this compendium contains an organizational structure that reflects the system of planning, organization, management and control, to increase production capacity and overcome potential competitors to be successful in a globalized world where the ability to compete is everything.
