This book applies to all people who want to improve his mastery in the setting up of the complex systems as for example the geographical information systems, which he is a programmer, geographer, geologist, etc. It addresses all as much the programmers near of the modeling of the systems of information that to those near of the conception and the development and that wish to master the complex systems, and to the users of the geographical information systems (specialists of urban, specialists of territory planning, protective of the environment, geographers, geologists, specialists of geological technique, landscapists, etc.) that want to learn the techniques of conception and development of the computing systems as Cherry or UML. Prof. Mohamed Khireddine KHOLLADI state is a doctor graduated in computer science from INSA Lyon in France. He was rector of El Oued University from 2013 to 2015. He was director of the MISC Research Laboratory Constantine 2University from 2008 to 2014. He is still President of the Science and Development association and resp. doctoral formation.
