THE CONSTITUTION IN THE INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Through this book, the author questions whether a Constitution continues to be the Supreme Standard in the face of International Treaties. All this, starting from the constitutional reform of June 2011 on Human Rights that was approved in Mexico. To this end, the author analyzes what a Constitution is, in addition to making a brief outline of the Constitutional History in the world, and from there, to enter into the analysis of whether a Constitution is below, at par or above the International Treaties.

Salvador Alan Fernández de Lara García holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a Specialist in Constitutional Law, with Honorable Mention, also from UNAM. He is the creator of the concepts of legal anarchy and means of control of legitimacy. He has been a postulant lawyer, public servant and teacher.
