The Construction of the Professional Identity of the Teaching Supervisor

The work of the teaching supervisor, analyzed based on documentary records, shows us a bureaucratized professional facet that, in order to overcome its limitations, needs to build alternative strategies in order to learn continuously. This dissertation shows the possibility of contradictory work that does not always complement each other: the supervision of teaching action and teaching-learning processes that go beyond mere cultural reproduction in the perspective studied by Bourdieu.
