Currently, there have been discussions in various forums about the quality of education and there has been an attempt to understand the role of education supervisors looking at different levels of schooling. With regard to the objective of the present study we have the following: To analyze the contributions of school supervisions in improving the quality of the teaching and learning process in the period 2020-2021, in elementary school. We look at this department of education because the role of an educational supervisor is not reserved only and look at the school but to watch, take educational measures aimed at the development of the work of the teacher and students, thus providing a healthy working environment between the school management, teachers and their students. As for the results of this research, we found that pedagogical supervision is a very important tool in the development of teaching. Keywords- Supervision, importance of supervision and teaching.
