The Covid-19 Catastrophe

The Covid-19 pandemic caused economic and social disruption is devastating effect on human life worldwide. Its challenge and effect on public health, food systems and developmental project. The mental health and psychological consequences of pandemic of the Covid-19. So, need of time to help people or consultation through tele-consultation through media and newspapers. Self-isolation, quarantine, and lockdown can have a detrimental impact on mental health. So, need of time to use yoga exercises to cope with pandemic to reduce mental stress, fear and anxiety.
