The Curious Crew Explores Sleep

The children's book playfully and interactively explores the topic of sleep in children and what happens in their bodies during sleeping, covering everything from emotional regulation, physical growth, brain development, immune system strengthening, and more. The children's book features two main characters: a girl named Sofia and a dog with a magical tie, Mr. Tie. The girl and the dog are based on real-life personalities from the author's own life.
