Recommendations to improve electronic payment methods in Tanzania include, those methods should be broad in such a way to accommodate a multi- payment. Major improvement is needed in electronic payment security grab consumers confidence, and also financial institutions and other businesses alike should turn into IT to improve business efficiency, service quality and attract new customers, as they have started evaluating the banks based on the convenience and comforts it provides to them.
