The development of "green" economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Nowadays, the expression "green" economy has become increasingly used in society. After the last UN conference on sustainable development "Rio + 20" President of our state N.A. Nazarbayev predetermined this notion as a high priority, as one of the primary factors on the path of the country's further development. The monograph deals with the main tasks of the transition to a "green" economy, increasing the efficiency of resource use and management; Modernization of existing and construction of new infrastructure; Improving the well-being of the population and the quality of the environment; Increase of national security, within the framework of the Concept on the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the "green" economy. The analysis of the transition to the "green" economy in the conditions of the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is made. In addition, the questions of the formation of a new mechanism on priority directions of development of the "green" economy in Kazakhstan are revealed.
