The Disney Management Model

Nowadays, the business world has become increasingly competitive, and in order for secretarial professionals to remain in the labour market, they need to adapt. To do this, secretaries can look for successful models, such as Walt Disney, which has a management model centred on service excellence. The aim of this research is therefore to reformulate Disney's management strategies for secretarial professionals. This book is aimed at all professionals who work with internal and external clients and wish to strive for excellence in their work.

Josiane Kirchner hat an der Bundesuniversität von Santa Catarina einen Abschluss in Sekretariatswesen gemacht. Sie hat einen Postgraduiertenabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft von der Universität Estácio de Sá. Sie nahm 2014/2015 an einem Austausch im Rahmen des Disney-College-Programms teil, wo sie ein intensives Training absolvierte und das Managementmodell von Walt Disney kennenlernte.
