Particular emphasis is placed on financial education, to stimulate Africa to revolutionize its education system and establish financial education and leadership as teaching subjects to awaken the potential of young people. Advice and coaching are designed to bring every African to adopt a rational character by creating added value to see Africa become prosperous. That's why, according to the author, Africans need to adopt visions and objectives, diagnose their situation before starting out, plan ahead to avoid living haphazardly, and draw up household and business budgets. All this will enable them to become informed economic players for development.

BAYANBE TOUSSALA è nato il 19 settembre 1990 a Bébédjia/Logone Oriental, in Ciad. Si è laureato all'Université la Francophonie di N'Djamena in Sociologia dello sviluppo rurale nel 2012. Dal 2014 al 2016 è diventato leader comunitario para-giurista nella provincia di Mayo-Kebbi-Ouest attraverso il GRAMP/TC.
