The economic situation in the DRCongo: what way out?

One should not swear by the future. It always holds surprises, especially when we think we have tamed it. But it is safe to say that change is increasingly on the agenda. The increasing openness of national economies and their numerous interdependencies mean that they are subject to shocks and disturbances of all kinds originating in all corners of the world. This requires economic agents to have a great capacity to adapt.
