At the legislative level in the Republic of Belarus, cross-border cooperation is understood as: first, interaction with foreign countries at regional and local levels in order to promptly resolve cross-border problems, attract foreign investments for the improvement of cross-border and transport infrastructure, establish commercial organisations with foreign investments; second, development and implementation of regional technical assistance projects funded by international organisations and programmes in the field of How are these areas of international cooperation implemented in practice in Belarus? The proposed study provides an answer to this question.
