The Educational Dimension of Rural Social Movements

Student Gessiane Aline fulfils an important task by surveying the main peasant social movements and detailing in her research their educational dimension and what this educational dimension contributes to quality peasant education with struggle and resistance for the implementation of their practices in relation to the social context experienced. Research like this makes the importance of education in the countryside visible, making it a subject for scientific debate among education researchers and trainers.
