The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effect of artificial saliva and four different dental toothpastes (1100 ppm Sodium Fluoride, 1450 ppm Sodium Fluoride, 1450 ppm Sodium monofluorophosphate and 1450 ppm Stannous Fluoride) on the surface roughness, surface microhardness of human dental enamel that exposed and non exposed to Coca-Cola soft drink an in vitro study in five days cycle. The Coca-Cola had the most erosive potential effect on enamel surface than other soft drinks, causing dental erosion, so simply in this book concentration on the beneficial effect of artificial saliva and some toothpastes against dental erosion after exposure to Coca-Cola by studying dental enamel surface roughness & microhardness changes.
