The effect of Budget Participation on Employees Job performance

In the country Ethiopia, much budget has been deployed, still the region in far behind in knowledge awareness and other basic skills of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment methods. This paper tried to analyses the effect of budget participation on employee s job performance. Is employee s participation mandatory? How about stakeholders? Is there a need to consider other than budget participation? Besides the issue is not addressed by professionals in Africa particularly Ethiopia.
