The effect of Organizational Culture on Job Performance

Organizational culture (OC) plays an important role in dictating the performance o]f employees in an organization whether we like it or not. The book discusses in detail the potential relationship that exists between organizational culture and job performance. It also outlines the elements of organizational culture which can affect the day to day employee performance. The book considers the GIZ Ethiopia office in Addis Ababa and assesses its elements of OC and their effect on its employees.

Michael si è laureato presso l'Università di Addis Abeba (AAU) con un master in gestione delle risorse umane. Attualmente lavora come responsabile delle risorse umane presso l'Istituto per gli studi sulla pace e la sicurezza dell'AAU ed è anche un Project Manager internazionale certificato dall'American Academy of Project Management.
