The Effect of System Orientation on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy

Organizations which used to be formed to profit vastly past several decades ago, now faces with serious sustainability issues in the compelling competitive world. In order to set reliable foundations, organizations and entrepreneurs need dynamic pillars in the constantly changing environment without abondoning gained experience in the past; tradition and accumulation which ideally turn them into an ouroboros, a serpent eating its own tail, an organisation learning from its own experience, form its own accumulation and finally creates its own tradition as a learning organization. Although tradition and new ideas seem controversial concepts, tradition based on observing external environment and oppurtunities and seeking or creating new ideas, observed as a key method to not only establish the sustainability but also to open the portals of niche markets that ventures desire to reach that lucrative ages which seemed to be lost long ago.
