The effect of Waterpipe smoke on vital organs of Swiss mice

This book deals with the studying of health effects related to the exposure of shisha smoke on both humans and laboratory mice. Shisha smoke analyzed to discover the main components and their concentrations. The laboratory work represented by exposing mice to both shisha and cigarette smoke for different periods. Health effects monitored by examining the locomotor activity, blood parameters and observing the histological changes that took place in the tissues of some vital organs of mice like the respiratory tract, liver and kidneys.
