The effectiveness of the human/fundamental right to health

The book entitled "THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE HUMAN/FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO HEALTH THROUGH THE USE OF CANNABIS IN THE DEMOCRATIC STATE OF LAW" deals with the need to realise the human, fundamental and social right to health through the therapeutic use of Cannabis in Brazil. Although there are people who try to deconstruct the therapeutic character of Marijuana, its use in the treatment of diseases is nothing new, both in Brazil and in the world. In this sense, it is unequivocal that the use of marijuana for therapeutic purposes, with responsibility, monitoring by a specific professional and State supervision, can promote quality of life for people, social well-being and social peace.
