The author, Berhanu Ayalew was born on oct. 11/1979 from a poor farmer family and have studied B.A in Economics and M.Sc in Economics with major Development Economics at University of Gondar and has solid experience on community development projects like HIV prevention and food security in Amhara region, Bahir Dar,Ethiopia.
