Time management affects employee performance through various ways in terms categorizing urgent and important tasks to handle at what time and for how long. Proper time management skills guarantees logistical success of tasks and thereby reducing overall costs of outputs. It is therefore important for employees to develop time management skills irrespective of the sector they are employed.
