Strong establishments like the newly introduced mandatory mediation at the Commercial Court division of the High Court have sprung up.This book is aimed at exploring the potential benefits that the commercial sector can reap from an effective ADR system and how the same can harness sustainable development.

Ms Rwomushana Racheal recently obtained a bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University, Kampala. She is now undertaking a postgraduate diploma in legal practice at The Law Development Center, Kampala. The diploma will enable her to vigorously participate in the furtherance of the ADR principles that she strongly believes in.
