The elderly: our reflection

Human ageing has gone through different stages of treatment, given the progress of humanity and the transformations that have taken place within families, becoming a serious challenge in contemporary times and a growing social problem, an object of concern for society as a whole, especially for the elderly themselves. In view of this, it is essential to improve the care provided to this age group, as well as to broaden the discussion around old age in order to better understand the ageing process, with the aim of preventing violence and family abandonment, seeking to meet the needs of the elderly.
