The Entrepreneurial Enthusiasm

Malaysian youth entrepreneurship development is a complicated process fraught with obstacles. Despite government incentives and support, Malaysian youth participation in entrepreneurship lags behind other races. The study's primary objective is to identify factors influencing Malaysian youth's lack of entrepreneurship interest in Klang Valley. These include internal factors like mindset and entrepreneurial knowledge and external factors like culture, religion, and familial influences. This study used cross-sectional data from 135 samples from three neighbourhoods: Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, and Subang Jaya. The lack of entrepreneurship interest among Malaysian youth in Klang Valley is attributed to personal and familial factors. This research clarifies the lack of entrepreneurship interest among Malaysian youth in Klang Valley. Further research is required to establish the pattern and trend of lack of entrepreneurship interest among Malaysian youth in Klang Valley.
