The entry of women into sectors that were once mainly or exclusively exploited by men does not mean that they have renounced the domestic activities that they have always performed. For this reason, women are faced with an increase in the number of social roles they play in their daily lives. This work is the result of academic research conducted by the author under the supervision of Professor Arlindo A. Sitoe. In"The Exercise of Multiple Social Roles by Female University Students" the author seeks, on the one hand, to know the multiple social roles (daughter, mother, wife, worker, among others) played by female university students of the post-labor regime of the Faculty of Education of Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique, in its capital Maputo. On the other hand, the author seeks to understand the strategies for reconciling these roles with the role of university student. The work highlights coping strategies based on personal resources and social support.
