The face-to-face nursing consultation with the person after ambulatory surgery

Providing adequate information to the needs of the person who has undergone surgery and his/her family while reducing all the impacts generated by the surgical process, resulting in a process of transition, requires a multidimensional and multifaceted approach from the nurse, namely the nurse specialist in medical-surgical nursing.Thus, the post-surgical nursing consultation assumes great importance given the complexity involved in this process, in order to maximize the strengths of the person who has undergone surgery.
