Autorentext

Fang Wu, editor of Educational Research, holds a doctorate in education. She has published in numerous journals including Educational Research, International and Comparative Education, and the Journal of the Chinese Society of Education. Her areas of research include rural education and education policies.

Feng Chen, editor of Educational Research, holds a doctorate in education. She has rich theoretical and practical knowledge in the disciplines of educational anthropology and higher education. Specifically, she has a strong research interest in teacher emotion, talent cultivation, education policy, and other related fields. She has conducted research in these fields and has published several academic papers in English and Chinese.
