The geopolitics of Space

Outer Space is on the way to becoming a place of competition between Nations. This is a fact attested with the numerous exploration missions of cosmic expanses but also planets, moons and celestial bodies. Faced with this new field of competition or even future confrontations, what does the Law provide for in the face of what scenarios. This book attempts to put this into context, and analyze this once inaccessible space.
