The Ghanaian Legal System is a British adopted legal system. The West African country, Ghana was called Gold Coast before 6th March,1957. Ghana is a British Colony. For good governance, civil liberty, Access to justice, the legal system show case all the relevant elements needs to be in place for good legal system. Richard Attu wurde 1983 in einem kleinen Dorf namens Nkomi-Kajaji im Bezirk Sene East in Ghana als Sohn von Joseph Attu Ladan und der verstorbenen Susana Abena Bibio geboren. Derzeit ist er Kandidat für den Master of Law (LLM) an der University of London. Seinen Bachelor-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften erwarb er am Mountcrest University College.
