The gidar paremie

This book focuses on certain linguistic and cultural aspects of paremy in the Gidar context. Structured in seven chapters, the book raises cultural issues that are of prime importance in international exchanges today: the translation of the proverb, the content of the teaching of national languages and cultures, the definition, safeguarding and promotion of cultural heritage, the reception of paremiological discourse, elements of phraseology, and so on. The book is in tune with the times. Linguists, literary scholars, anthropologists, sociologists and other researchers are sure to find something to interest them.

Daniel Bouba si è formato come insegnante. È membro della 47a classe di laurea dell'Ecole Normale Supérieure de Yaoundé. Dal 2009 insegna nelle scuole secondarie dell'estremo nord del Camerun. Ha inoltre conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in linguistica presso l'Università di Maroua, ottenuto nel 2023.
