The book is divided into four sections. The first section deals with what is Group Discussion and how would you prepare for it, the techniques required to crack the group discussion. The second section contains understanding and learning specific skills for self management, which is required in ever changing and challenging corporate environment and institute and to win in the group discussion. The third section deals with the skills which generally get noticed by the panel for the evaluation process and at last the success criteria to win the group discussion. This book emphasis on certain skills, if understood and developed, one will never lose ground caused by distraction and challenges, and shows ways and means to tackle the pressure and stress in group discussion.

Sonali Chakraborty is a Regular Research Scholar, in School of Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. She has been working on a Research Project since three years on Odisha.
