The here and the elsewhere

Many authors, many writings, have addressed the issue of biodiversity conservation. In practical terms, environmental projects are being developed and implemented with the hope of providing a sustainable response. However, the voices of grassroots actors are slow to be heard by these project designers and funders. In this volume, the author asks the question of understanding how the logics of intervention and the logics of actors are organized around this issue?
