THE IMPACT OF DAIRY PRODUCTION ON NUTRITION

This book assesses the impact of dairy production on the nutritional status of pre-school children in Mumias Division, Kakamega District, Kenya. It explores how dairy or other intervention programmes can improve the nutritional status of children in a predominant cash crop growing area. The study provides an insight in the planning and implementation of future agriculture schemes or projects. The book is recommended for nutritionists, community health and agriculture extension workers.
