The impact of principals Leadership on school Academic Performance

Dr.Emmanuel M. Cyeze is a Senior Lecturer at Kigali Independent University, he obtained his PhD in Educational Administration at Moi University Kenya in 2009. He also obtained his Masters Degree in Educational Administration at the University of Eastern Africa Baraton Kenya in 2005. Dr Emmanuel has taught for twelve years in various universities.
